DAPSB itself was established as a joint venture with a paid-up capital of 10million NT between a group of offshore enthusiast from dredging, Oil & Gas and offshore/land rig ops, amongst them notably a very established engineering firm from Singapore, Hung Hua Co.Ltd the leading marine offshore construction company in Taiwan and a Malaysia based mining Co. totaling more then 50 years of experience.
